The water ripples and splashes,
making way for new shapes and forms.
Allowing strange objects to enter,
and accepting them as they are.
The wind whirls and flows,
moving past difficulties easily and steadily.
Allowing adversities near,
and accepting them as they are.
A person must be
like the wind and water.
One does not power through stress
But accepts it through versatility
One does not complain,
or grow angry,
but instead
cools and focuses their mind.
To be like the wind and water,
the way is not always easy.
A relaxed body will allow
a calm mind and soul.
I like how you connected the Tao to the wind and water, and it makes me think about the poems we read in class. The sensory language and figurative language are strong, and it creates vivid images in my mind as I read the poem. The picture also fits what you are trying to convey really well.
